Personal Attestations

In keeping with MTSA's drug-free environment, accepted applicants are required to sign a statement relative to substance abuse prior to interview and enrollment and are expected to refrain from substance abuse as students.

Students are also expected to be good citizens. Consequently, ALL applicants are required to complete a form, indicating any charge, arrest, or conviction of a felony or misdemeanor, other than a minor traffic violation, even if they have been told that such a charge, arrest, or conviction has been expunged or dismissed from their record (Affiliates perform federal-level background checks, which reveal all charges, arrests, and convictions, even if expunged or dismissed at another level).

An explanation of any of the above should be addressed in a letter to the Program Director.
